Alice Cooper to Launch Horror-Themed Amusement Park: “Welcome to My Nightmare” Comes to Life

In a move that perfectly blends rock, theatrics, and thrills, shock rock legend Alice Cooper has announced plans to launch his very own horror-themed amusement park, aptly titled “Welcome to My Nightmare”—a real-world extension of his iconic 1975 concept album.

Set to break ground in 2026 just outside of Phoenix, Arizona, the park promises to be a twisted dreamland for fans of horror, classic rock, and the macabre. Cooper, known for his theatrical stage shows filled with guillotines, snakes, and gothic imagery, says the idea has been brewing for years.

“I’ve always thought rock ‘n’ roll and horror went hand-in-hand,” Cooper said at a press conference. “Why not give people the ultimate experience—where you can live the nightmare?”

The park will feature attractions based on Cooper’s music and stage persona, including rides like “The Guillotine Drop,” “School’s Out Forever,” and a haunted walkthrough called “Only Women Bleed.” There’s also talk of a dark comedy stage show hosted by Cooper himself, blending storytelling, illusion, and live music.

In true Alice fashion, the park isn’t just about scares—it’s also a celebration of weirdness, rebellion, and the theatrical flair that made Cooper a rock icon. The planned “Nightmare Diner” will serve creatively named dishes like “Poison Burgers” and “Billion Dollar Bites,” and fans can expect themed merchandise, meet-and-greets, and possibly even concerts in an on-site venue.

While amusement parks and musicians may seem like an unusual combination, this isn’t Cooper’s first foray into unexpected ventures—he already owns a popular restaurant, has dabbled in film and theater, and is a dedicated golfer. But this project might be his boldest yet.

“I want this to be Disneyland for the weird kids,” Cooper joked. “If you ever felt like you didn’t fit in, this park is for you.”

Fans and industry insiders area already buzzing with anticipation, and early concept art has gone viral across social media, with many praising Cooper’s vision for blending music and immersive entertainment.

From stage legend to theme park mastermind, Alice Cooper continues to reinvent what it means to be a rock star—one scream at a time.
