Jon Jones has responded with a brutal response to UFC fans who have signed a viral online petition demanding that he be divested of his heavyweight title.
In March 2023, UFC legend Jones made a remarkable debut in the heavyweight division by securing the undisputed title with a dominant first-round victory over Ciryl Gane at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
The American has only defended his belt once since then, in a bout with former champion Stipe Miocic. Miocic had spent over three years out of the ring prior to losing to Jones via third-round TKO, and injuries and extended periods of inexplicable inactivity have limited his activity.
