Personal terms are currently being discussed for the signing of Adam Hlozek by Leicester City and Bayer Leverkusen, according to a report on ‘X’ this evening by transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.

In Leverkusen’s incredible Bundesliga-winning season, the 22-year-old Hlozek—dubbed “amazing” by analyst Jacek Kulig—struggled to get playing time, earning just five appearances from game starts.

According to Romano, the winger is currently in route to the East Midlands on a loan with a buyout option, though negotiations between the player and Leicester are still needed to complete the move.

After acquiring a loan for Facundo Buonanotte and making purchases of Michael Golding, Bobby Decordova-Reid, and Caleb Okoli thus far this summer, Hlozek would be Steve Cooper’s fifth addition as Leicester manager.

After making a significant transfer to Bayer Leverkusen in 2022, Adam Hlozek’s skill set came to light. He had previously demonstrated his poise as the starting gun for his native Sparta Prague.

His time in Leverkusen, however, seems to be coming to an end after just 13 goal contributions in 55 games. Premier League returnee Leicester has advanced talks with the Bundesliga champions for a deal that would bring Hlozek to the East Midlands on an initial loan with an obligation to buy at the end worth €20 million.

Leicester wants to stay in the Premier League after winning the title the first time around, so they’re trying to assemble a strong team to fight against the drop zone this year

Solomon Manor Additionally, Foxes Target

Tottenham’s Manor Solomon is another winger who might be heading to the East Midlands this summer.

The Israeli forward joined from Shakhtar Donetsk of Ukraine at the beginning of the previous season, but his campaign terminated in September due to a meniscus injury.

Leicester is after him, although Brighton and Wolves are also vying for his services. He only managed to make five Premier League outings for the Lilywhites.

According to commentator Jamie Carragher, Solomon is “explosive” and has speed and cunning to his game. However, he hasn’t been able to demonstrate these qualities much in his time at Tottenham and has been characterized as appearing “rusty” overall preseason campaign of Tottenham.

Solomon has been deemed surplus to manager Ange Postecoglou’s requirements due to his early-season troubles and his injury-plagued stint at Tottenham thus far. However, considering his diminished stock value, a loan is the more likely exit route.
